New vzctl for testing; please help

Hey lazyweb, do we have any brave OpenVZ users here? I want you to test a new IP netmask functionality (subject of OpenVZ bug #1088).

You can either grab the latest vzctl from git, or grab RPMS (or srpm, or source tarball) from http://download.openvz.org/utils/nightlies/vzctl/current/

What you need to test is functionality of adding/removing an IP address with a netmask (i.e. something like vzctl set $CTID --ipadd x.x.x.x/yy --save). Yes, yes, I know, we should have added this long long time ago. Better late than never. I stand on it.

Note that same IP but different netmask is considered to be the same. If you add an IP with /24 and then add the same one with /25, netmask will be replaced.

There are changes in dists/scripts, so this stuff should be tested with different in-container distros...
